Below is the GUI used for generating the pick.params file.
Note: The difference between the first round and the later round search range is that the first round takes the user-provided input, which is normally inaccurate for its center and angular orientation assignment, or the user only provides the particle center coordinates without angular info. Therefore, set the first round search range larger than the later round search. If no angular info is provided, the user needs to search the entire 180 degrees for the first round of angular search.
