Explanation for each of the required fields in the GUI:

• Particles star file: Input your .star file.
• Average density map: Average density map or simplified model for you sub-tomogram to be pace back to the raw tomogram.
• Tomogram name: The target tomogram name.
• Unbinned pixel size: The unbinned pixel size.
• Fitin map pixel size: Average density map’s pixel size or target pixel size.
• Repeating Unit (A): Distance between two repeating units.
• Min # of neighbors: Minimum number of neighboring particles that is tolerated.
• Maximum Angle: Maximum neighbor angle tolerance.
