For “Final Aligned Stack Not Started”:

1. Look for “Aligned image stack binning: 1”
2. Use the upward arrow to change “1” to “4”
3. If done right, you should see “Aligned image stack binning: 4”, and a a grayed line should turn white
4. The changed line should state “Reduce size with antialiasing filter”, check it to enable it.
5. Click “Create Full Aligned Stack” and wait
6. Click “Done”, and you will be direct to”Tomogram Generation”.
