Explanation for each of the required fields in the GUI:

• Expand Result Folder: Folder where your expand result .mrc is located
• Output Folder Name: User specified output folder name
• Bin factor: Same bin factor used for picking
• Rotation (degree) apply on: Specify the rotation in degrees you want to apply on the X, Y, and Z axis
• Re-center shifts (pixel) on: Recenter shifts of the X, Y, and Z axis after rotation

ADVANCED

• use random euler angles: Specify whether or not you want to use random euler angles.
